Default Dinner tonight?

I'm having prime rib, smoked. OMG loverrly. I'll probably have it with some asparagus and maybe even some faux mashed potatoes, if I'm feeling energetic.

What about you?

It's my husband's birthday... as per his request, I made mac & cheese, for him and the rest of the family. We'll also be having chicken ceasar salad, burgers on the grill, and broccoli. I WILL NOT give in to the mac and cheese, nor the icecream cake he requested!

Yesterday was our 34th wedding anniversary so we are going to the Outback tonight. I love their chicken wings so I'll probably have that. Or, I might get the sirloin and a side salad.

Yesterday we went out to dinner at this local place that specializes in game, and had chestnut crusted Caribou and Pecan crusted Red Deer. Caribou is PHENOMENAL. If a little hard to come by...

Tonight, I'm afraid it's boring old grilled chicken. With green salad, marinated mushrooms, and an interesting pesto thing I picked up. Parmesan and artichoke. Sounded like it would be great on grilled meat.

What is tandoori paste? And how do you make it, or can you?
