Default Hard boiled egg recipe/meal ideas?

I have about a dozen hard boiled eggs right now, and was wondering if anyone has ideas for different meals using hard boiled eggs.

Egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad...

They're also good sliced on a bed of lettuce with fixings (like a cobb salad).

Deviled eggs? If you have some ground beef...Make a LC meatloaf in two layers, with sliced eggs and cheese in between the two layers? Saw that in a recipe book some time ago. Was called "Meatloaf surprise" or something.

I like to keep a buncha hard-boiled eggs in the fridge at all times, so I can make a quick and easy breakfast......

Chop up 2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs on a plate. Chop up some cooked bacon, sausage, or both and mix in with the eggs. Drizzle the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and nuke in microwave just until the cheese is melted. Mmmm, mmmmmm good!

I've also varied the recipes by replacing the bacon/sausage with diced cooked chicken breast strips or steak strips.

Eggs with mustard sauce.

Mustard sauce:
equal parts butter, brown mustard (not dijon), and white basalmic vinegar. Melt the butter, mix everything in.

It's also fantastic on brats and other sausages.

Mix chopped hb eggs with diced avocado, jalapenos, cilantro diced red onion, etc for your own guacamole egg salad - or you could add bacon bits and omit the tex-mex flavours. Either way delicious.

White balsamic? Please elucidate! I have never come accross such a thing.
Balsamic vinegar is pretty carby stuff in the usual dark brown variety. Is white any better?

TIA

One of the local stores here has preboiled and died eggs for the holiday. The lazy part of me wishes they would have it year round.

I take some to work.
Make pickled eggs with some for a snack
egg salad
use in tuna salad
make up some of the carbquick sausage gravey and chop them up into it for more substance
Soak in diluted soy sauce then enjoy
Slice into green salads
