Default How to make stuff from scratch...flour etc

To anyone that can help.I live in Brunei and can buy very little....actually o to bake with.How in the heck can I make some soy flour,or soy protein powder,or vital wheat gluten???I am sure i can buy almonds...any body got some suggestions.I just want to make the occasional muffin,or cake.I have figred out cheesecake.....and I can but low cal choc drinks(miss swiss)...cant get splenda,someone is bringing some back.
Can anyone help??PLEASE
