Hi Rebecca -

I, too, was looking for a challenge that wasn't already midway, etc. I'm back now after being gone for "a while." I used to enjoy the challenges that I would participate in here. They really did help keep me motivated.

So... count me in if you want to get a new one going... I've got a LOT of work to do - Need to undo the damage of these past months after straying and keep moving forward.

I'm day 3 and so far so good! My goal presently is to add exercise. I know this is the key for me, but in the past kind of neglected that aspect of the plan.

So.... I'm up to any challenge you propose.

Nancy

I am up for a onederland challenge, I am dying to get there! When do you think we should aim for? Last time I was lowcarb I lost 5lbs per month on OWL, but I want to work harder this time (be pickier about what I eat, more exercise) and I absolutely want to hit onederland before September. My maternity leave will be over then and I know that going back to work makes everything slow down for me. Not to mention that being skinnier for summer sounds nice - I might even be able to wear shorts in public!

Hmmmmm...... I would like to have a good bit of time to lose 50 lbs!

I like the idea of shooting for June..... But I don't want anyone to feel like a failure if they don't make it by June!

I personally would like to aim for June.

What would everyone else like to shoot for?

Hi girls I'm gonna join in with you guys since its been many years since I've seen less than 200 lbs. on the scale. To give you an idea I'd say about 15 years....yikes did I just make a confession.

I plan on walking 2 miles at LEAST 4 times a week

Also I really don't wanna set myself up for failure so I gonna make my goal for when my daughter starts kindergarten..which I think is around the end of July sometime. Once I get her registered the 1st of April I'll give you a date then.

Lets all stay motivated with the help of one another, and watch those pounds melt away. Good Luck !

I would love to get there by June, if not just for me, but for my horse. I have a four year old filly that I wanted to train this year and 50 lbs less on me would make it easier on her. Also, I find it hard to ride when my butt is this big, it throws off my balance because I can't sit right. Not to mention I must look pretty sad trying to haul my rear into the saddle.
I am feeling pretty confident right now after losing those 2 lbs on the shake fast the past 2 days.
