Thanks for all of the great advice, I have the Meal Flax Seed that is already ground. How much should I take for a problem like this? Should I take more than it says for serving size?
I had not heard of the EVO before, it this does not eventually help, I will try that. I am not a big EVO fan, so it might be hard. Is this a common problem for people and if so did it eventually clear up, or do you have this problem the whole time on LC? Thank you so very much for all of the advice.
