Okay, so my 21st Birthday is May 27th, so I have an extra reason to get into shape, and feel good about myself. I want to give myself the best birthday present ever- being proud of myself and my accomplishments. I also want to buy a killer, sexy dress for my b-day party!

Mini-Goal One: Complete a CLEAN two week Induction, starting Dec. 26th.

Memorial Day Goal: Size 7 jeans... I want them to be loose!
Getting my emotional eating under control.

Welcome Ruri and Sapphire! I hope you both had a nice holiday yesturday!

Induction has been great so far. I avoided all the ice cream and doughnuts at work, which is a huge accomplishment for me. Now the only challenge is going to be avoiding the low carb ice cream in my freezer. I KNOW it is there, but I CANT have any until Induction is over.... lol.

I would like to join in this challenge. May 29, will mark exactly 11 months from when I started this journey. So I would love to be at my goal of 145lbs or close to it. More than that I want to be toned and in shape. Currently I am lifting weights e/o day and cardio in between.

I started induction again 12 days ago and have been clean so far, even made it through Christmas (woo hoo!!). After my two weeks are up, I plan to continue close to induction with the exception of upping my veggies. For me it's all about keeping my cravings under control and this seems to work the best for me.

Good luck with day 1 of induction ladies.

Jenny

Hey Jenny,

Welcome to the challenge! 12 days of induction down I know that -that is no easy task...ESPECIALLY through the holiday's. Give yourself a hand.

Ruri, good job with the water intake and food choices.

I hear ya on the feeling lazy thing, the cold weather and shorter days always makes me feel like this.

My cravings were bad today, but manage to get through. Have to thank TOM for these.

Jenny

URRRRRGH! It's freakin' 4am and I can't sleep!!!!!!!!!! I stayed in plan yesterday, day 2, of induction. Hopefully my inability to sleep will not have me craving carbs today to keep my energy up. Usually on day three of induction I get a God awful headache. I have a feeling if I do get the headache on top of lack of sleep, it is going to be a loooong day .
