WOW.....you all are becoming quite a good group!!

Maybe we should start a new thread for this and call it "Phase I...Redux!!"

I'm ready to do phase 1 for at least a couple of weeks.
We have a New Years Eve party which will be an all night of snacking and playing games.
I know I don't have to eat, but those bad habits always come back.

Went to the market today so I'm ready.

Excellent girls - well I did a first day of induction after my binge on christmas day and the day after. I did a lot of damage with the darn fat I ate!! I didn't eat anything else that I shouldn't have, but I had both salt and fat, and that for me, is a fatal combination.
So, here's to US! Re inducting and getting back on track!!
I think your idea Judy of calling it "Phase I...Redux" is a good one!

Well, I'm back down 1.5 from my overall 7lb hike!! So I am pleased that the weight is coming back down. It's odd, my mum gained exactly the same weight as I did, but the rest of the family gained only 1 or 2lbs. It's so not fair! lol
Hope everyone else is back on track too!!
xx

Good for you Hazel!!

I'm working at getting rid of a couple of pounds also. I was down -.5 yesterday and have not yet weighed today. But I know that when I eat clean and stay within my plan, that it will happen.

Yesterday was very clean for me and I do so love to eat clean now. I find it to be very empowering when my food choices support me and my body.

I tried a new way to cook salmon last night. I put the filet into a ceramic dish and smothered it with ratatouille...then covered it and nuked it for about 12 minutes. It poached the fish and was delish!!

I had 1 fruit yesterday( prunes) and 1 grain( 2 crackers), which is a very light day for me.

I'm down a watery 1 lb from yesterday's efforts too!

It feels great to be back to the lean protien way of eating, I missed it in the Christmas crazies.. getting my water down today isn't a struggle either.

I like the redoux title too! What I'm not going to do is look back but just ahead to the next meal. I'll get to feeling better and better as the sugar/flour toxins flush far far away...

Glad you are feeling a bit better too Hazel.

Happy Hump Day Everyone,
My week is a little off with Hubby home on Monday its doesn't seem like Wed to me. I think I'm going to be a day behind all week.
Well I'm still walking, and have been able to make it 30 minutes.
Food was better yesterday and today too.

I asked the mods if they could do it, but they haven't come back to me yet...I did try to edit but there wasn't the option.

Hi folks....where are you all? How's the redux going? Mines coming along fabulously. I lost 1.5lbs on monday and 2lbs yesterday, so it's coming back off thank goodness.
I was expecting a gain of say 5lbs over xmas, but my weight shot right up from 221.5 to 228.5 - so 7lb gain was a bit of a shock!

But, the main thing is it's coming back off thank goodness! Back to 225.5 this morning

So how are other peoples re-inductions going?

Got the treadmill done again today.
I've had a 2lb gain. Down 1 lb so I'm just 1lb away from my stats. Wanted to be 190 by New Years have to wait and see.
Food has been good, water great.
Adding some cranberry/water back in and some flax seed too.

I'm doing well.....day before yesterday, I had a small bag of soy crisps as a snack...love them but they have too much salt for my body....so yesterday I was not too pleased with my scale but I am now back on track and am seeing my scale m oving in the right direction!!

Getting a digital scale has been big for me!! Last night I had dreamfields pasta w/ my chili. Its good that way!! anyway....I actually weighed out 2 ozs on my food scale!! what a concept!!
