Default Try this - homemade hot sandwich/panini!

This is my creation and is fantasic - a new favourite..
Make flax bread (like a bowl muffin)
x1 egg, ground flax seeds (2tablespoons) half teaspoon baking powder, sprinkle splenda, herbs and spice..stir - maybe add butter..and put in microwave bowl for 3 mins - the results a round fresh wholemeal roll

Heat a sandwich maker or a panini maker.

Open the Roll - fill with meat, variety of cheeses, bit of tomatoes, butter, low carb ketchup/pasta sauces, and what ever else - and stick in sandwich maker

the result - a hot melted sandwich -

warning** tastes like real bread - u will feel guilt eating it

I had one yesterday - and woke up one pound lighter and had good No2. due to fibre intake//

let me know how u get on..

Annasophia, you just made me happy by posting that because aside from chile rellenos (you can make low carb version w/soy flour) this is one of my favorites. I always drool watching people eat them at school (they put pesto sauce on the bread instead of butter) while I eat my bunless burger which is also very good and kinda gourmet.
