Talking Horseradish dip

This is a recipe I have eaten my whole life with chips. Now I have it with pork rinds but think it would also be good with meat, pork or beef.
1-8oz Cream cheese, softened,
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
Dash of Worstershire Sauch
As much Horseradish as you can stand.

I use it from a jar and use a lot because I love it, the hotter the better for me but most people like it a little milder and that is fine too.
Mix and blend well and serve with your pork rinds, veggies or meat. Enjoy

Sound great! Anything with horseradish, and the more the better, works for me. :P

Hi Gemmafafen, you don't use horseradish sauce, you use fresh ground horseradish found in the cooler section of your supermarket. It's ground and in a vinegar base. It's pretty much just pure horseradish. Check that section or ask a clerk where they stock it on your shelves. If they don't carry it and you want to try making it with a mustard then I would start out with a small amount of cream cheese, touch of mayo and the mustard. If you like it then you make it in a larger quantity. If you do let me know how it comes out. I would also use a spicey mustard as opposed to yellow mustard.

I have resorted to buying the raw root and grating it myself. Everything on the shelf has sugar or HFCS in it.

I do this now to. Luckily to me the fresh raw root usually tastes a lot better to so is worth the trouble.

(runs to fridge to check bottle)

Hmmm .... must be a regional thing cuz none I've bought around here has sugar in it. Chadalee Farms contains nothing but horseradish, vinegar and salt.

Usually, the amount of sugar in the horseradish is negligible if you're using it to make a mayonnaise-based sauce. I mean, it's a condiment. Even if you used it as a vegetable dip, how many carbs could there be? 5?
