I just found a noodle recipe in my 1972 DANDR

2 eggs at room temperature, separated
1/4 tsp sat
3 tbsp butter

melt butter on cookie sheet that has sides, beat whites with salt until stiff, fold yolks into whites, spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 ten minutes, or until slightly browned, when cool slice in strips and use in soups. total grams 1.2, per serving .6

I think I'll try it for chicken noodle soup today, also maybe for beef stroganoff sometime.

I've tried those Japanese noodles before.. expensive and disgusting.. like rubbery worms. Blech.

I'll stick to LC tortillas, yummy!
