Sorry I have been MIA lately. My dad had a severe heart attack on monday and this is the first time Ive been on the computer since. This is UpMichigan again. I tried to weigh in at 196.5 the other day. I wanted to update my weight. I now weigh 194.5...so that's 2 lbs lost for me. Everyone is doing great but I am hoping to come from behind!

Hi Noura80..i can answer those questions for you. It doesnt matter if its your last 10lbs and you can post when ever the scale moves. You cut and paste the list and add you name to it.

Welcome Noura!!! As Tardon said, you post your weight whenever you see a drop, but on the flipside if it goes up, then you have to post that to keep the race fair!! You can weigh everyday if you want, just update yopur stats daily by copying and pasting your name in the correct "place"!
