Sheesh I seem to go up and down every day. It's like water retention makes it so I can't wear them. Frustrating!

I had a bad weekend. So I am waiting a few days to even attempt to try on my skinny jeans again. Hopefully the 5+ pounds of water weight I gained this past weekend will be gone soon now that I am back on plan.

Hi Ladies! Hope everyone is having a good week so far. I tried on my skinny jeans last night, and they are looking better. I'm planning to have DH take an updated pic 9/22. Good luck everyone!

I'm happy to report my skinny pants are looking pretty good.
Now with 1 month until my anniversary I need to get some new boots and a top to go with them.

Hopefully I will manage to get my walking in during the next 4 weeks and get some more tone in my legs by then as well.

WTG Val! I haven't tried mine on since my first photos. Plus, with TOM being here, I'm feeling a bit on the fattish side.

If anyone is wondering:

As far as the way I workout, to build muscle to have to train like guys do. You're pretty hard pressed to become body builderish, that is an extremely hard amount of work. Instead of doing a lot of reps at low weight, you need to do small reps with high weight. 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise. The weight should be heavy enough that you couldn't do a 9th rep. Wait 60 seconds between reps. The more lean muscle you build the more energy your body burns during rest. But you wont build muscle unless you do it the bulking way.

I'm happy to report skinny pants can now be buttoned and zipped without sitting on the bed to do it They're comfortable to wear until about 1/2 way through the day, and then I think water bloating gets to me and they get tight...

2 more weeks to make them comfy all day for me!

That sounds great. But....I don't think I could get a pair of skinny jeans past my thighs. Sad I know. Anyway, I don't think you would want to see a picture of that!!

Congrats to Val and Butterfly!

Urban, that is what I was told to do, too. Low reps, high weight. I just started weight training for the most part (at least consistantly, anyway) so no real results yet.

I still don't dare try on my skinny pants- I am still fighting off water weight from last weekend. It should be gone within one or two more days.

I've hit the gym every day this week so far, so I bet that is helping.

Yeah, I just entered TOM after being 3 weeks late (just got off the pill, body is trying to regulate itself) so after that is all done, I'll be taking another pic for the challenge!

I'm going to take some pictures when I go home this weekend. I'll post them here when I do.
