Talking Tastes like PB cheesecake...yes another cheesecake!

I don't know if anyone's posted this as a sweet treat idea yet, but I made it not too long ago, and I LOVE IT.

It mainly consists of cream cheese. I bought the Philadelphia Whipped kind, because it has less carbs, (only 1g) and it's easier to mix.

Ingredients:

One 12 oz. container of PHiliadelphia Whipped cream cheese
2 Teaspoons of natty peanut butter
Splenda (however much you'd like depending on your sweet tooth)

Mix it all togethere, and YUMMM! I love it! So simple tooo and theres no hassle to take the stuff out of the container to mix it.

Fast and simple.

You can find natural peanut butter in just about any grocery store, just be sure to look in the cold section, it's usually by the butter.. I buy REAL brand and I think it has 1 net carb per TBS.

YUM.....my latest version of this is with Ricotta cheese, peanut butter, pkg of Splenda and a splash of Davinci sf Chocolate! Tastes kinda like a peanut butter cup to me!! I use the 2-1 ratio of ricotta to pb. Sure does the trick when I get a sugar craving!!

ricotta is very smooth--it's used in lasagna.
