Default My Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

I make these sometimes when I'm craving a grilled cheese sandwich and they are so close to the real thing. The trick is to cut the cheese thick enough that it doesn't melt completely while the coating cooks. Also having the cheese cold really helps it all stay together.
