Okay, I'm going to dive in and start a journal! I'm not quite sure how to do it or what I'm supposed to really write about but I'm going to try. I have been lurking around the journal board and trying to get a feel for them and they just seem like a great place to write down your feelings and/or vent........

Hello All,
Just checking in to see how everyone is doing these days.
My 2 week Induction is up, and I've lost 11 lbs. It feels nice to have looser fitting jeans again.
