Default Thanks for the ideas

I've really fallen off the wagon, but continue to push protien.

I appreciate the words of wisdom above and will strive to make some meals for myself again.

I enjoyed my doughnut today, but I know it was just wrong!

I am not working tonight so I am going home to take care of myself and enjoy my fam.

I will not eat Carbs (like potatoes) at dinner :-)

xxoo

Default Hey Mary...

Hang in there...don't give up...just keep trying..or try something different...can you check out PP Lifeplan at the library it has different levels of commitment for different times in your life, but also focuses on getting enough protein to maintain your good health!

Just a thought...sending you well wishes and hopes for a donutless day....I know the smell gets me sometimes as the donut shop is in the same mall as the gym! Hows that for cruel and usual punishment! I just pray for the winds to change and think of worms on them! Hey whatever works, cause I'm not going there now!

Default 4 pounds back on!

I worked so hard, now I'm back up 4 pounds. My pants are not as loose and I'm tired all the time. Man I loved the Atkins diet benefits!

I have stayed on the plan today, and go home to night to preplan some meals. I'll be stopping at the cheap store to pick up more meat.

Thanks for that last email, Beth! That helped lots.

I live in Auburn, born and raised in Belmont.
What stores around here carry LC foods?
Thanks.

Default RE Stores...

Most if not all of the items you will need are available at your local grocer....any safeway or albertsons or Trader Joes will have the whole and real foods you should be using for induction and beyond. As far as specialty stores, health food stores in my area, maybe yours too carry some of the other items like atkins bread in the freezer section and some LC mixes which safeway & GNC also carry. Hope that helps...start a journal here for a great way to get other tips and advice...visit other journals for ideas too.

Default aileen - Auburn LC Foods

If the Auburn you are referring to is in Northern California, please try the Raley's at the Forresthill exit of Hwy 80. They have a great section. Same with the Sunshine Natural Foods on Hwy 49 at the Bel Air Market.

Good Luck, glad to know that there are more in my area!
