Default cheesecake... ughhh it made me so full!! :)

1/2 package of jello sugar free cheesecake flavor (it's a new flavor!!)
2-3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup of water
2 tablespoons of cream cheese

get out the electric mixer. mix until smooth. transfer to a pretty ramkin... stick in the freezer for about 30 minutes. top with cinnamon if you'd like...

I'm soooo full!!!!!

Default carbs in a serving

honestly i think it's pretty darn high-- unfortunately...

there are about 8 carbs for the jello mix
then 1 for my cream cheese because i use regular WHIPPED cream cheese
0 for the whipping cream that i buy so ...

in total 8 carbs.... just so you know, the best way to "get around" the carb issue is to have a super low carb dinner. for example, i had the induction chicken italiano last night with my fiancee. SOOOOOOO good!

is that cheese cake flavor jello actually jello or is it jello pudding. I don't believe I've seen either at the market yet, but it sure sounds yummy!
