Default OMG! Low Carb Frappuchinno! REAL!

This all started when I was looking for ways to improve the taste of my ISOpure shakes. Now I drink one or two every day!

1 1/2 scoop of Protien Powder (I use ISOpure Dutch Chocolate) 1 carb (35 g of Protien)
2 packs Splenda-2 carbs
1 teaspoon instant coffee (I use reg) 1/2 carb
3/4 cup cold water
1 cup ice
1 TBL heavy cream or half and half- 1 to 2 carbs

blend everyting except the cream. Once blended, add cream and blend on high for 1 min.

All done. For some stupid reason, I think that it taste better when drank with a straw.

ENJOY!

This also works really well with the Atkins Cappuccino shake mix. I freeze my leftover coffee in ice cube trays and use those to thicken my shakes with.
