2 mile walk and 8 minute tae bo workout...wow that tried to kick my but butt i wouldnt let it...lol all on an empty belly now i'm gonna body brush and shower...have a great day everyone
3 mile walk and 30 minutes of weights and now my legs are shaking so i'm gonna go drink me a shake...tonight i'm gonna go to my Tae bo class at the gym wow i bet i sleep great tonight..lol
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh i had a great time at TaeBo tonight...so many nice people there and the one on one help is awesome We did a full hour of TaeBo tonight and it was mid intensity and the trainer said i'm doing great tomorrow i bet i'm sore but tomorrow i do just weights...i have it down to where i do weights one day and cardio the next...and its working good for me Well everyone have a great night and i'll see yall tomorrow
well me and my son are gonna start BFL in january so today we tried to do some of the BFL workout for the first time...first i did the 30 Tae Bo tape then we did the ab boot camp .wow am i gonna be sore tomorrow i'm already feeling the burn in my belly...my stomach is my worst area i carry all my weight there...i have nice legs and nice arms but omg my stomach is like a mountain of super jelly so this ab boot camp is exactly what i need i'm going to measure tomorrow and then i'm going not going to measure for another two weeks and i bet i will see a world of difference.
Well i was up at 6am and it was cold outside but i still wantted to go for my daily walk....so off i go in my new sweat suit size XL instead of the XXL i always have to get i was gone about 1 1/2 miles when out of no where it started to pour and if anyone says short white women cant run well let me tell you...i was running for 1/2 mile and you know what....it was GREAT I feel great today...thank God Well tonight i'm not going to do my evening workout because the ol hubby is taking me out dancing..and i'm sure i will get a good workout there
well its 545am and i'm already up and i've walked 2 miles and did my 8 minute Tae bo tape and i did my ab boot camp and i'm about to head to the shower....seems like its gonna be a great day
well i feel yucky today...so i did a 3 mile walk...not a fast pace nothing to get eccited about...lol and i'm off to do my brushing and hot shower and might lady down for a nap
