I dont know what the rules are for joining this challenge. I would like to join and here are my stats:
as of Monday Oct 22 263 lbs. I have lost a total of 27 lbs so far and would like to lose 88 more. I have thought about this challege and I think it will be a good one for me, keep me on track...

hmmm...... if i can lose about 25-30 pounds by christmas i can hit my goal weight ^_^./... lets see if i can do it... i'll race you guyz... i'll eat like 4 slices of lean turkey and thats it until then to try to do it with like an hour of jogging and weight lifting... hopefully i'll be able to do it.... its on guyz... lets see if i can do first..... i'm going to put on a necklace and ever time i want carbs or sweets... i'll look down at it and tell myself that i've got a race to win ^_^... goodluck to u too guyz & gals.... if i can lose that 25 pounds maybe i'll get that girl that i've been flirting with...lol.... wish me goodluck.... i'll do it for u guyz if u do it for me... just don't cheat urself... stick to a protein diet and everytime you want sweets tell yourself that you shouldn't let surge beat you!!! lol ^_^ good luck all....
