Default Jello-gurt!

I am always looking for new ways to use sf jello. Tonight I wanted something cold, smooth and creamy for dessert and whipped this up!

1 sm pkg. sf strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water

mix well till dissolved, then stir in:

1/2 c. ice water
1 tub Dannon Strawberry Carb Control Yogurt

mix well and chill till set!
If you divide it into 4 servings, each serving is only 25 calories and 1.5 carbs!
