I'm ready for a nice short challenge. I'm planning to start induction and work on some heavy (for me) weight lifting.

Got 100 oz. in today and it wasn't as hard as I expected! Got to finish my 20 oz. cup by 9, 12, 3, 6, and 9. Can't eat or especially have a treat until it's down!

I've been sick the last few days (pretty much ok today), but for some reason I woke up at 146.5 today! I was 145 yesterday and only ate about 900 calories due to lack of appetite! I'm guessing it's water retention from whatever bug I had, but darn... When I signed up yesterday I put 145, but today I had to put 146.5. No fun. Hopefully that'll be gone quickly, stupid illness!

Anyway, question beans: Since this week only run Tues-Sat, how do we rate our goals? Like, I said I'd work out 4x/week and I got one in Sunday - but technically that doesn't count since it was Jan., so does that mean I still have to get four more in before Sat to meet goal for week 1, or if I get 3 in do I meet goal??? Just curious...

Whatever you want to do Lauren (and everyone else) is fine, I know it's confusing when the month/challenge starts mid-week.

Hi Lauren, you´re not alone!!! TOM is here and (like ALWAYS) I´m up 2 pds this AM!!. So my start weight is 202 not 200 anymore! I´ll maintain my goal weight of 195. Let´s see!!

HELP! I did a dreadmill exercise and a yoga exercise and can't get the little physco smilie!!!! I tried cutting and pasting...what am I doing wrong...OMG I got to have the smilie things
