I've been sick the last few days (pretty much ok today), but for some reason I woke up at 146.5 today! I was 145 yesterday and only ate about 900 calories due to lack of appetite! I'm guessing it's water retention from whatever bug I had, but darn... When I signed up yesterday I put 145, but today I had to put 146.5. No fun. Hopefully that'll be gone quickly, stupid illness!
Anyway, question beans: Since this week only run Tues-Sat, how do we rate our goals? Like, I said I'd work out 4x/week and I got one in Sunday - but technically that doesn't count since it was Jan., so does that mean I still have to get four more in before Sat to meet goal for week 1, or if I get 3 in do I meet goal??? Just curious...
