Yes, it is. It's also the most effective stall breaker I've ever tried.
A bowl of salad never tasted so good as after a week on Stillman's.
It doesn't have to be so boring. I have smoked salmon or ham stuffed with low fat cream cheese, caviar on low fat cheese (weight watchers) and all sorts of little treats to make it more bearable.

I didn't know that you could have cream cheese on the egg meat fast!

Potatofree...yeah, where do you go from here when you're eating almost 0 carbs and then go into a stall. I would look at the thread about carb cycling. Eat carb up til you gain no more than 2 lbs. (that's what most people say is their limit of weight gain) and then go back to carb down. Eat lower carbs until you stop losing, then go to carb up again. Supposedly you lose those 2 lbs. plus. You need to rev your metabolism by getting out of 'starvation mode' and to keep your body guessing. Read the carb cycling thread which will explain it better than I have here. Good luck.

I am on Stillman's at the moment. I do it for 5 days then have 2 days off on a more liberal full fat Atkins regime (about OWL levels) and then go back to it again. Not really carb cycling as I am always on a low carb plan, but it does stop you going into starvation mode.
