I have been excersing and drinking water but my diet needs to be fine tuned I start on Sat with induction New Years party at my house will be to tempting tonight. I did treadmill 4x this week but no time for the ab workout I just need to make time! Same goal for next week 4x treadmill 3x ab workout and as many lbs gone as possible

I will start my week on Sunday since it is a January Challenge. Once I meet my personal goals I get to go Shoe shopping at the end of January so wooo-hoooo!

I will send my actual weight on Saturday, currently I am at 168 but maybe I could squeeze a half a pound or something out by Sunday

Would love to join the challenge, as it's just the thing I need

If it's OK, I plan to come back on Sunday (after I've weighed, measured etc) with what I'd like to achieve weight loss and exercise-wise during January. Though I'm definitely planning on going back to a strict 2-week induction, and also intend to get to the gym as well.

I'm down another pound to 174 today. Wahoowa! I was afraid I wouldn't be since I munched on a lot of pecans last night watching tv. I was starving after dinner---I should have just gone to bed.

No wo today. Planned day off. Tomorrw the whole family is doing the "Resolution Run". So I'll be doing a 5K. We'll see how that goes!

Going to have a big salad now then the family is going to the movies. Better get some munchies for me! Pecans and babybels, I think. Maybe some 85% chocolate just in case.

Hey all,

Last night played an hour of raquetball and then ran for 20 mins on the indoor track, along with a killer session with 200 lbs pickups... my abs this morning are so sore that it hurts to even do office work.... lol
But it's a good hurt!!

Kept it to 19 grams of carbs yesterday, and lot's and lot's of water.... so this mornings wiegh-in was 223 lbs!

I don't know whether to rest today and repair or do some lite cardio.... any suggestions?
