Hi unholy and everyone,

My start weight is 311. The scale is kind of in between 310 and 311 (can't expect accuracy in those numbers, I think) so I'm going with 311. Manipulating my stats! tsk tsk.

I'm in. I'm ready to go. Water bottles at the ready. Trying to figure out what to take to work for dinner this evening. Not hungry but there will be all sorts of treats there and I need to be ready.

Happy New Year to all. Let's squeeze every minute out of 2005!

I want to be in this challenge. I am new to this and I need some friends that understand what it is like to have a weight issue. I am so pitiful that if I just lose 1 pound, I will be joyful forever. I do not have a scale yet. I work in a Dr's office, so I will weigh myself on monday. I do want to do various measurements because I know that losing pounds may vary but the inches loss makes you feel great. So please include me in this challenge.......15 pounds by Valentines day. Goal #2 I will drink 1 gallon of water everyday. I have already started this and I feel the effects already. Goal #3 Stop eating out so much/spending so much on bad foods!! I spent $1100 in these past 4 months on eating out. Wonder why I am broke!!

Hey there all!

Day one of the Challenge is here, and I'm raring to go!! For those of you who put on a couple of lbs. the past few weeks, don't worry about it, they'll come off during the challenge!!

I've officially weighed myself this morning, and am down 3 from what I assumed I was, so UnHoly, when you get a minute, can you start me at 362.1? And if I haven't already thanked you, thank you for all your hard work on this challenge, keeping up with all the challengers, and putting that webpage together... you ROCK!

Default Starting Weigh In for the challenge

Ok my weigh in this morning showed I was up 2 lbs from last week to a total of 180lbs .... not good but actually excellent when you consider what kind of damage I have usually done to my body over the Halloween through new years time period in years past... I am 7 1/2 lbs lighter then I was just before Halloween and I have really lost some inches even though I haven't lost a ton of weight... Comfortably fitting into size 16 pants and shirts.... I really feel that if I keep up the water and supplements and watch for carb creep I should make at least my size 14 goal but 2/14 ... and joy of joys these next 6 weeks are full of even more challenges for me, my son's bday is 1/14, mine is 1/27 and my hubby's is 2/13.... only my daughter is out of this time period with a bday of 6/1... so even though I am a little heavier then I orginally thought, I still want to lose 8 lbs which would make my new goal 172....

sorry I tend to be somewhat of a rambler


Thanks unholy for doing such a good job with this challenge....

Hey James thanks so much for letting me join you guys. My goals for this challenge is to lose 20 pounds, drink at least 50 oz a day of H2o, and to exercise 3 x or more a week at the gym.

dianna9234 reporting in!, Sir!.. hee hee.. it is almost 1 in the after noon, and I though I would report my starting weight...

also.. i have sat myself down./. and had a real long and honest chat.... and have to confess I have set myself up for failure.. which.. I have a hard time with.. since this challenge is only 6 weeks long.. and on a good week I lose (approx) 1.5 pounds.. to think just because I am posting in a challenge i can lose 20 in 6 weeks?.. ridiculous!... so my goal will have to be changed as well..... lets go with 10 pounds.. that is just over 1.5 a week.. and if I go further than that,, well.. then yeah for me..
so... stats... starting weight 240, goal weight 230, 2nd goal exercise 3X/week, and 3rd goal drink 88 oz of water/day.
sorry, and thanks unholy.. your doing a great job here..

My start weight this morning was..... 257 uuugggghhh.. Oh well also started induction again today!!! And bought 3 new pairs of pants , I am going to keep my goal the same though. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!
