Default baked veggies

I discovered a great way to prepare veggies and now this is the only way I can get my kids to eat them.
I just take my veggies cut and clean them, toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on a oiled pan and bake 400 for 20 min. The kids love them. No more bland steamed veggies for us. I've used,
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Okra
Squash
Zuchinni

I remember growing up my dad would prepare veggies this way a few times a week. It was one of the few foods my dad ever made that I actually would eat.
