I had some trouble at first too. Make sure you cut and pasted all the numbers. It was hard for me to tell where they started and ended.

Hmmm...I thought I did, but I will try again and maybe if I move it up a bit it might show up. LOL. Who knows. Leave it to me to be the one who just can't get this right.

I am pretty sure you don't have to get a new ticker every time you want to update your weight! (but don't quote me on this) If you go into your profile and change your current weight it should change your ticker! I'm off to give it a try.

The first Ticker.com thingie I configured was one to track dates, not weight, and it worked perfectly, updated itself and Life was Grand.

Then I configured one to track my weight, and what a pain! I have to go to their website every morning, configure a new ticker and paste it into my signature on the forum again.

Only way to shortcut that is to use my Windows calculator, figger out the number of pounds lost and hack the ticker to enter that weight instead of the previous one. Takes a bit of time to figger out which ticker number is the weight.

I really enjoy the tracker, but it's supposed to serve me, not the other way around.

There's gotta be an easier way!!!

LadyGolden........are you copying the entire box where it says bb code? I believe it ends with "[/url]" as opposed to [/IMG] which is what it says on your post where your ticker should be. You have to copy and paste the entire box in the bb code area. Once you've copied it, you have to paste it in your signature. After you've done that, click on "preview signature" to make sure it worked before you click on "save signature". Once your sure it worked......then you can click on "save signature".

Hope this helps!!

Patty
