i found the best baked chicken receipe..

that I have tried in a long time.. and NO carbs...
lightly oil chicken breasts on both sides with olive oil.
place on oiled (olive oil) cookie sheet
liberally sprinkle on McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic MONTREAL CHICKEN
then plaster with parmeasean cheese on the top side
cook at 450 degrees (preheat first) for 12 minutes on one side
remove from oven.. turn over.. sprinkle with seasoning and cheese then return to the oven for about 6 or 7 minutes...
(next time i make it.. i am going to flatten out the chicken a little more!!)
I made a home made 'marinara' sauce with cruhed tomatoes.(hard to find without sugar added!!), and Italian seasoning.. some fresh basil.. YUM!!!
