I've been back on low carb since January (2nd time for me), but this time has been for a longer period of time. I have noticed that when I eat junk, it's due to a type of craving I've never had to deal with before. It starts out annoying, but won't let up over a period of DAYS, until I eat the offending food, usually sugar-based.
It then takes me up to a week to detox, because sugar calls to sugar.
It's a diet-killing little habit.
