hmmm. felt so good, i decided to ride for another 40 minutes later. Marty

17/17---Did 50 minutes Power Yoga this morning. I feel that I am definitely losing inches. Even right out of the drier my workout clothes are really baggy now. I also notice that I am a lot stronger and able to do more difficult poses in the yoga routines.

Keep up the great work everyone! Slow and steady wins life and health!

14/16 on the challenge...

Today I did 1 hour of the "lift weights to lose weight 2" video. Using 5 and 7.5 pound weights.

Then in the evening I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Keep at it everyone! Go team!

Things are going much better this week. So far I am 3/3 going to the fitness center after my work shift. I feel so much better when I am getting my cardio and weights in each day.

So I was 5/5 the first week, 2/5 the 2nd week (boo), and 3/3 so far this week.

I know this thread is helping me stay motivated!

Keep up the great job everybody, and we will finish off 2004 with a bang.

Last day at work, 5/5 this week! Getting to the fitness center every day I work is all I wanted and it seems that I am back on track! Also I lost 2 more lbs this week, I bet one of them is from the extra cardio.

Exercise B: s**ercise? I never thought of that! If I can count that I may be doing better on the challenge Unfortunatly exercise above and beyone the daily routine is what we are after so I guess I can't count the horizontal workouts.

Keep up the good work everybody!
