Default Chocolate covered peanuts

These really hit the spot!

I know one of the things I miss the most are chocolate covered peanuts so I decided to experiment and it turned out super yummy and even easier. You could also do this with other nuts if you prefer.

Chocolate covered peanuts

3 Carbolite chocolate bars (I suppose any brand would work, this is just what I had)
1/2 cup peanuts (I used dry roasted unsalted)

Using two pots, boil water in the bottom pot. Once the water is boiling, put the smaller pot into the boiling water pot. Put the chocolate bars in the pan and the boiling water will melt the chocolate without scalding it. Once all of the chocolate bars are melted, take the pot out of the boiling water and add the peanuts. Stir until the peanuts are covered in chocolate and spoon small dollops of the peanuts onto a cookie sheet. Freeze and enjoy!

Servings: 12
Carbs per serving: .7

This sounds good and easy to boot. Is that a .7 carbs per serving or 7 carbs per serving?
