I understand what you are saying about the amount of water and having to rush off to the little low-carb's room so often. But I found that after a week or two of 2-3 lites a day, my body seemed to adjust to the amount of water and i didn't have as much urgency. it can be akward at first though, everybody in the office must have thought i had some kind of plumbing problem. But...I have noticed that when I have decreased my water intake it can contribute to a stall. And of course, you can flavour your waters and count veggies and fruits, however in my case I can't eat much fruit yet, and consider any extra water gained from veggies as a "bonus".
