the best easy hot wings

Hi,
I just made some buffalo wings after searching the forum for recipes.

I did them the way most do...fry the wings, douse with franks hot sauce and butter.

The thing that made them better was this I think: I breaded them in soy/atkins flour and egg and deep fried them until brown and then baked them at 450 for about 1/2 hr and then coated them with the hot mixture.

My roomie said they were the best ones yet...and he's not a low carber...
