I always get tired of plain old pork chops well this was a variation of a regualr recipe

season pork chops and sautee them in olive oil till almost done

place pork chops in oven dish after cooked

add 2 tbs of heavy cream 2 tbs of white wine or white cooking wine and 1 tbs of dijon mustard to drippings sautee onion in mixture until onions are transparent

drizzle sauce over pork chops cover with tin foil and bake for 15 mins until remainder of pork chops is cooked throughly...

I make something like this as well, only I also include sauteed mushrooms with those onions for a little extra bulk.
