undefined Ok here is my problem I take Lantus insulin along with humalog. I also take metformin twice a day yet my sugars are high each time I take in carbs. I hate carbs just for the fact they react to my body each and every time. I fight it but lose each time anyone have any hints as to what to do I have been diabetic for 15yrs type 2 thanks in advance
Try eating your protein before you eat a carb. Protein slows the rate that glucose enters the bloodstream. What kind of carbs are you eating BTW?
Are you counting your daily carbs? Why not post your menu from yesterday so that we can tell what you are eating?
