Well those guys motivated me to push myself today.

I set a personal "world record" in the three mile run of 30:22, beating my previous best by 1:18

Now I only have about 3 years to go to be able to catch my roommate, who can run 3 miles in 18 minutes.

Women's beach volleyball is...interesting.

Who said HIIT causes muscle loss? Don't bodybuilders do HIIT instead of long cardio because it DOESN'T cause muscle loss?

A bodybuilder by the name of SwoleCat who visits other forums. He says that since you get your heart rate all wild your body will run out of glycogen and start using lean mass instead of fat.

This is a reason why HIIT is done for short periods. 20 mins. max for most people?

I would DIE if I did HIIT for 20 minutes. I have a hard time with EIGHT!!! I REALLY go flat out when I sprint, though.
