Hello:

I'd love to join in as well! I weigh in at TOPS every Wednesday evening! I have been level for the past 8 weeks, so would like to get this show on the road. I would like to lose 3lbs by Labour Day, which would drop me under the next 10lb mark on the scales!

Ok I lost 1.5 lbs this week to bring me to 205... that gives me 6 more to go till labor day

Hello!

I think this is such a great idea! I would really like to join the group as I have a goal for Sep 6 2004 as well. I am going on Vacation Sep 3 so I might have to post that day instead of the 6th.. I Hope that is ok.

My current Weight is 293, Goal for 09.06.04 is 280, Total LD Goal is 13lb +

This will bring my total loss to 50lb at my 4 month mark. :-) I will post my progress in my Journal and here on Mondays starting next week. I look forward to getting to know you all. Good luck everyone!! We CAN DO THIS..

I will know more tomorrow when I weigh in (my drs. office is closed today)..

but,. my goal through this is more exercise.

I don't wanna weigh in yet.....

There is logic here, hope you don't mind..

I have lymphodema... and get regular treatment.. and always drop several pounds with the treatment.... and slowly gain it back over the next week or so....

I planned from the beginning to weigh in the morning after a treatment.... so I will always be recording under the same conditions.... I have already learnt that checking my weight in-between is an almost certain recipe for depression.. cause it always goes up.

So.... I will return after my next treatment on Friday... hopefully with a good loss to report..

I am sure having a weigh-in day (Monday) would help with keeping track.. but.. some have different days than others.. that is okay with me,.. as long as we all continue to work towards our Labor Day goal... and give me updates between now and then..

okay AFwife.. you can be a cheerleader.. but if you want to continue and are just having a yucky week.. it is okay.. we support ya either way..

Reowdy.. you bet.. let me know after treatment.. and dang it.. does it make you sick (treatment?).. best of luck there..

I havent had any response from a couple of ppl who had originally popped in here and asked to be on the team.. if I dont hear anything.. i will just leave them the way they are.. or drop their names from the list..

keep up your spirits ppl.. we are doing great... ups and downs are all part of this life..

i walked again yesterday... that makes for 3 days in a row.. an all time record for me!!.. yea!

Hello everyone!! Please count me in, seems like an amazing team, for labor day I would like to lose 15 lbs. I know this is a huge goal, but right now I am up for the challenge. I just turned 32 on Sunday and have been struggling with this weight since 1992. I have a few camping trips to the trailer coming up and the outdoor air makes me eat, any suggestions would be fantastic. I am starting at 225 and just started on this site 6 days ago, and unfortunatley due to bloating this week God only knows where my weight is, I am afraid to look.So will use the 225 if you don't mind, that gives me a chance to battle the bloat also.

Can I join in too? This looks like a great group of people! I love having the commitment to the team!

My goal is to loose 11 lbs by labour day and weigh in at 290. I really want to get more active but my energy level just sucks right now..... so this is what I pledge.... I'm going to walk around my neighborhood (1/2 mile loop) EVERY night!

If it's not too late...count me in as well. I started again on Monday August 9, 2004...I am 295 and would like to lose 15 lbs by Sep 6/04. I am acutally doing the Kekwick Plan that Atkins suggests for those of us that have a really hard time losing weight....so far so good.....this weekend I will begin induction again....and I am actually looking forward to induction.

Thanks for starting this thread...I look forward to forming new relationships here.

Three cheers for us all! I will report my weight on Mondays. (along with my lose hopefully)

My start was was incorrect I forgot to come here and change it Monday my weight was 285 this morning Wednesday it's 280. Up a little bit from 278.

I am doing very well so far..and have gotten back on track..after straying..during my 3 day weekend with my beautiful princesses. I would like to lose 20lbs by labor day.....So..count me in!!!!!
