Seated Row......70 pounds........30 reps.
bike 2 minutes keeping it above 75 rpms
Seated leg curls...70 pounds....30 reps
Shoulder Press.....30 pounds.....30 reps
Bike 2 minutes keeping it about 75 rpm's
Ball squats with 15 pounds weights in each hand 30 reps
Leg extension......45 pounds........30 reps
Ab crunches.......45 pounds.....30 reps
Hyper extension this time using only my own weight, 30 reps.
Arm Curles.........15 pounds.....30 reps
Tricep extension.....20 pounds....30 reps.
Okay, Brian left the weights at the same as we did last Thursday, which trust me they felt heavier
The legs and arms really were burning today, and I know that is good, but whhhoooooo wwwhhhhheeeeee, did it burn.
Tuesday, WEdnesday will be Cardio, and Thursday will be another weight day, Friday Cardio.
Brian was really excited that Bob gave me 10 more visits. In fact Bob called and told Brian himself.
