I'm just now doing a gym log and since I wasn't sure what I had done last Thursday when I went to the gym, I had to wait to get the information from Brian. I really feel if I don't see some amazing results, then there is no help for me. I have to say, I never thougth this would be something I would enjoy doing, but I do love it.

Did another 50 mins of Cardio this morning. Was at the gym by 6:20 a.m. tomorrow will be weight lifting day. Something I did do different today was on the elllipticial machine. I worked the machine for 2 minutes at regular fitness, then for 30 seconds I have it everything I had, thought I might just die the good news is I didn't

Tomorrow, will be Trainer day.

Each day that I do weight Brian does the stretching of the muscles, and that has been a great help with my flexability. Between each set of reps, I do get a 30 second breather, sometime, I could sure use more

Okay, I'm still feeling very good about all of the weights I'm lifting.

DEFINITELY! stretching totally makes a difference with me for sure!

i take 60 seconds in between my sets....i do a set of 12 then add more weight, 10 add more, 8 add more, 6 add more and then do 12 at highest weight or 5 lbs more and then 12 of another exercise that targets the same muscles immediately after the other 12 without a break in between....KILLS!

you SHOULD feel good about your lifting Joan! LOOK at those numbers! 55lbs shoulder press? OMG im only at 49lbs on mine and those get me to failure for sure! GREAT JOB!!!!

im really proud of you woman!

talk to you soon!
