Work out today was 40 minutes of elliptical, 10 min stair climber, 10 minutes of treadmill. I also did a couple of sit ups, squats and push ups (girl style). I feel so out of shape. Gotta start somewhere

I didn't get up this morning for the gym cause i didn't sleep last night. My mind wouldn't shut up. I did a Billy Banks Boot Camp (basic training). It was hard. i will probably hurt tomorrow. i could barely keep up, but i know with practice i will be able to get it down better.

Workout today was 50 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes on the treadmill. Later after i got home i did 50 minutes of billy blanks boot camp-basic training.
