Is anyone using a software program for the PC that lets you enter your meals and exercises offline at your PC or online at their website and keep the data in sync between the two?

Fitday and online and PC versions but you can't transfer entries between the two. Otherwise it would work well.

Anyone know of any that work well and do have this capability? Do you recommend it(ease if use, features, accuracy, completeness, etc.)

i'd check out the software that runs on a PDA or a smartphone, provided you have either. there's a lot of programs for both and they update back and forth whenever you sync the device to the computer. so handy
