For me avoiding all franken foods
Lots of water
Keep carbs between 15-25

When ever I eat franken foods or up my carb levels I either quit losing, or even gain weight. Also the more carbs and franken foods I eat, the worse the cravings.

My choices are nearly all with the majority - changing fat/calories helps, more exercise, and avoiding sugar alcohols.

Adding water should be on the list - it helps. For me, also cutting down on alcoholic beverages and NUTS helps.

I checked additive: Once I broke a stall by changing a lot of things, one of the Oil of Oregano. I broke a stall later without it, so I don't know for sure but there were enough people in the oil of oregano thread saying it helps that I think it might

Eating wheat definitely throws my metabolism for a loop. I'm either allergic to that or am gluten intolerant. If I take L-carnitine I can control the 'nibblies' in the evening, otherwise I eventually give in and eat, which means no weight loss that day. --Gail

This answer is unfair, because changing fat levels DOES help (up your fat) but having all 3 grouped like that, is misleading.

I am not going to answer the poll because of the above, but I will say:
More Exercise, More Water, SOMETIMES more fat.

and STAY AWAY from the bars and junk like that, EW! You are here to learn how to become and remain healthy. There's just no benefit in the bars - and honestly? That's the ONE thing I really REGRET that Atkins ever introduced. If he would have known they would be as abused as they are now, the good person that I believe he was, never would have introduced them. Damn the processed foods straight to Hades. It just doesn't do you ANY good!

With due respect, there is an 'or' between those words... hope the other poll answers were helpful to you in some way and thanks for your post.

I saw that, but then at the end, how would *ANYONE* know if the person checked YES on that, if the person checking yes meant UP your carbs, fat, or protein?

SO if there's a lot of YESes in the question, no one knows WHAT of the three the yes was actually FOR.

That's the thing.
