I am looking to add some extra muscle, has anyone tried ZMA or Nitrix? Nitrix contains Nitric Oxide and the advertisment states "This newly generated class of supplementation utilizes the breakthrough molecule NO (recently awarded The Noble Prize in 1998) to help promote new growth and visually alter your body". What do you think?

To build muscle and get more definition, I stick to plain protein shakes and amino acid supplements (right after the owrkout). I also take liquid L-carnitine before work out, it gives me energy and helps regulate fat oxidation. Several people at my gym take Nitric Oxide supplements and say it actually gives them more strength and increases recovery times. They say it also helps build muscle by pumping more blood and nutrients into muscles. Give it a try and see how it works for you...

Default no2 is good stuff!!!!!

this stuff which mine is called NOS i get it from walmart(all hail the mighty walmart) but the nice part about this is that i have been working out for the past ten years and this is the only thing i have found that i can take that is a muscle supplement that actually HELPS my high blood pressure , aka past ephedrine abuser =190/106 blood pressure at only 33 yrs old!!!
Not good especially with a new 2month old SON

So needless to say i think it does work but everybody is different, and you wont get teh max pump because its a low carb diet we are all on right, no carbs goin to the muscle , but it does seem to help out on fatigue and lack of strength...

hope this helps scott
