Why are you taking "diet pills"? if you follow a published LC plan exactly, you will lose and save the $$$.

It's usually when people don't follow the books that they don't lose. The most dangerous words to a dieter are "yes, but...", "only one bite", "I'll just have one", "just a teeny bit won't hurt" and "this isn't on the diet but ...".

I get cases of the munchies too sometimes. Ok, first of all..check for hidden sugars. Unless you're eating out of boredom, you shouldn't have the need to munch.

If it's boredom, then find something to keep your mind occupied. Scrapbooking helps me. I've got tons of pictures and it's also relaxing to me.

Also though, the munchies could be caused by something you're body could be lacking. Take a look at what you might be craving to munch and see what nutrients are in it. Then you can supplement if need be.

It can also be you need the "oral" stimulation. So, find something to chew on. Celery is a good alternative as it's crunchy plus it takes a while to chew. After all that, your jaws are so tired you don't feel like chewing anything else. LOL.
