This Cheesecake is awesome!!!!

Here is another cheesecake recipe. This is very luscious, and you can make with Lemon or Lime juice and zest to make it KeyLime or regular cheesecake. I saw this on wwwfoodtv.com web page under the show... Lowcarb and lovin it! He has many great recipes on his show including this one. Enjoy,

cheesecake

This was a truly AWESOME recipe !
I made it a few nights ago, and been have leftovers as a evening snack !
I made mine without a crust. Just poured the batter into a cake pan...
My wife is a cheesecake "Snob", and she has been raving about it.
This would be a nice dessert to bring to a pot luck etc, as it does not taste like low carb anything.
PS
I also tried the low carb pizza with the soy flour crust. Another WOW !!!!!
I splurged, and went to a gourmet shop and bought some nice black olives, salami, etc. Great leftover too !
