Default Barlean's Green, Anyone Tried This?

Or something similar? I bought a different brand. It's supposed to give you the benefits & nutrients of vegetables in a powder form. 3 grams of carbs, 1 gram fiber. Supposed to take it 3x's a day.

Just curious to know if there are any users.

Have a healthy, LC day,
Mel

I take spirulina, chlorella and JustBarley green juice powder every day.
Carb info per tsp:
Spirulina powder 2g
Chlorella powder 1g
JustBarley Green Juice powder 0.5g
I don't know how many of those carbs are fiber for spirulina and chlorella.
These are full of vitamins and minerals, and even better, loaded with chlorophyll. I think of them as my nutritional insurance while I am cutting down drastically on my veggies and eliminating all the fruits. They also help make the body more alkaline, fighting the LC induced acidosis.

THANK YOU LEAH!

I've been taking the "Barley Life" brand, & the stats are pretty close.
I started taking it because a couple I know, sell it & swear they can't live without it. I'm taking it as a kind of insurance of getting all the nutrients of veggies. I haven't noticed anything unusual since taking it, but I like it, so I'll keep it as one of my supplements.
