Being that I'm a newbie still, I'll be happy to go along with whatever you guys want.

I used to be an active member of OA and all we needed there was 2 people to have a meeting.

So we can begin our quest with four and keep adding people on as we go?

I'm happy to join too - I think you need at least one rep from the southern hemisphere to balance things out!

I'm new too - so just tell me what I need to do............

Wow we have 8 members so far including myself.Well we can get started.I have an idea..........why don't we set a goal for 4th of July.We can not only say how much weight we want to loose, but also any personal goals would be great to share.I'll start.I,Stylist want to loose13 pounds by the 4th.I am going to cut my carbs from 30-40 to 20-30 a day.I am also going to quit coming home after work and having a big meal.I am going to keep it small. Also,I am going to make sure I eat breakfast everyday because I cheat on that a lot and skip it.The last pledge is I am going to make sure I drink all my water everyday between now and the 4th.Anyone else?

The 4th sounds great. We are going "home" on the 6th and no one has seen us since we moved to Indiana in November. I will also be seeing aLOT of old friends. Gotta look hot! lol... umm I say I wanna lose realistically about 10 pounds. That means I have to lose about a pound and a half every week.

CAN WE DO IT???

YES WE CAN!!!

ok, I watch too much Bob the Builder with the kids...

I'll committ to losing 10 lbs by July 4th....that is in addition to the 7lbs already gone.

If I stay really clean on SBD, I do believe that 10 lbs by 7/4 is easy!!!

I have got to get into the gym and get my metabolism working again...I think mine has fallen asleep!!
