I feel your pain!! LOL I just bought some in the liquid form and put two drops in 8 oz of water. It was TERRIBLE and I haven't been able to take it since. Someone suggested buying empty capsules and putting it in them. I think I am just going to buy it already in capsule form!!

Try putting the drops under your tongue, then drink some water. Less chance of it hitting your taste buds that way.

Remind me again why I am doing this to myself? Who started all of this anyway? I want answers!! It's torture I say, pure torture!! And I thought the Hemp oil was bad..... and as for under the tongue, I'm sure it will slide it's nasty self around and attack my buds anyway! I will try it... I think I am going to get some empty capsules til this bottle is gone (which I fear is going to be a very loooong time from now). I wonder if the already made capsules are the same as the bottled stuff? Actually, I don't think I care at this point!

OoO kills yeast and has many other health benefits.

Read this for details.

http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/oregano.html

I've been taking it since March 10 and have since lost about 54 pounds while doing so.

My hair is shiner, and I have lots of energy.

Put your drops in water, wait till you see the drops in the center of the water then GULP.

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress with it.

It does taste horrific. It makes my tummy feel sour after drinking it. Do you really think that it aids in weight loss?

Yes nka I believe it's helped me with my weight loss, after all 54 of the 98 pounds I've lost happened since being on OoO.

Keep taking it and see what happens. I took it for yeast, the weight loss was a bonus.

I just put two drops under my tongue and take a big drink to swallow it down. I do get a little taste of it, but as long as I drink right afterwards, it is bearable.

I buy the capsules from GNC -- only $9.99 --- they are gel caps with an olive oil base. I take two a day. Can't taste a thing!

Do you think there is a difference? The liquid I have says "standerized". I know that the difference in taking flax oil vs. flax oil capsules is just the ammount you would have to take - 1 tbs oil for every 100 lbs of body weight - so you would have to take a ton of the capsules to be the same.....

I take two a day (300 mg) -- in fact, most people on this forum who have used OoO take it in capsule form. Have you checked out the HUGE thread in Nutrition/Supplements??? Have a read if you haven't yet.

Jun Keater the one I have says standarized too.

NewgirlPEI, someone ran a poll once to see who did capsules and who did liquid and it pretty much came out even. So half of those doing OoO are doing capsules and the other half are doing liquid.

IMO, what ever works for you is what you should do. Everyone is different.

I was going to get the capsules but I figured there is a reason for that awful tasting oil and it is probably stronger than the capsules. I can't imagine anyone liking the taste of the oil. <---Did that make any sense, LOL?
