Default TOO much fat even if they are the right fats?

Howdy, y'all! Hope all is going well.

I am mainly following the SBD. I know I am using good fats, but I am wondering if there is a point at which I could be using TOO much good fat.

Is it ok to, simultaneously, eat all of these things each day:

-Eat Uncle Sam Cereal with flaxseed and scrambled eggs (breakfast)

-Drink a coconut milk smoothie with coconut milk, strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, low-fat milk, and splenda (snack to get the coconut milk in...and by the way, is it ok to use the milk instead of the oil?)

-Eat a 100% natural peanut butter (without hydrogenated oils) sandwich on whole-wheat, sugar-free bread with veggies OR just meat and veggies

-Eat a snack of low-fat mozarella cheese

-Eat dinner consisting of meat and veggies

-Take fish oil or flaxseed oil capsules OR use some flaxseed oil in milk

Is it ok to use coconut milk, peanut butter, and flaxseed oil or fish oil daily?
Is that too much fat?

THANKS for your input/advice in advance.

Are you counting calories?

There is only a such thing as "too much fat" when you go overboard in calories. You need to eat 10-12X your current weight, so if you're adding an extra 200 calories in fat, you will gain weight.
I don't know about SBD, but on Atkins you're supposed to have 65-70% of fat a day on induction. It doesn't matter if you have 20 different kinds of fat, just need to count the calories.

Yes, I count calories. I stay between 1500-2000 daily. Thanks.
