Default Oil of Oregano and symptoms

Do the people who have more "die off" symptoms have greater success with with this?

This may be true. I don't think I actually lost any weight by using ooo, but after an ugly sinus thing I'm not being bothered by spring allergys So YMMV . . .

hey, my real name is emmalene - is your username your real name?

As for the OoO I use it and i have seen a marked difference in the weight loss - I was averaging out 1.5lb a week and went on OoO and it has upped to at least 3lb a week sometimes 4.

I don't know how much OoO is helping with weight loss, but I will say that it has killed my sinus infection and allergies.

I didn't really have any die off symptoms.

I'm not having any success with weightloss, but my sinus headaches have gone away & I have more energy & sleep less. As for 'dieoff', my skin had a slight itch for about a week. I'm taking the oil now, but when I tried the Solaray caplets I was hungry all the time, with the oil I'm not.

I haven't noticed any change in the amount of weight I lose, but I havent' been bothered by allergies since I started taking it. Not one little reaction to snow mold at all - a biggie for me!!
